Delivery

 

We use Australia Post service or suitable courier delivery to deliver your parcel. Currently, we do not ship orders to outside of Australia.

We will notify you on the progress status of your order within 24 hours or at the next business day.

​

Flat rate Postage & Handling of $10 is added upon shopping cart check-out. You have the option to select Express Delivery for additional $5.

​

Consignment tracking number details will be provided upon dispatch of the parcel for tracking online.

Delivery time is usually between 5-7 days (excluding weekends and Australian public holidays) and may be longer for remote areas. Express Delivery is normally within 2-4 business days.

In the event that the shipment is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, we will endeavor to inform you by email or phone contact as soon as possible.

We will not be held liable or responsible for any delays by Australia Post on the delivery of the parcel to you but we will do our best to assist and investigate on your behalf.

 

We do allow local pickup from our warehouse at The Vines, WA 6069, with prior arrangements. In additional, we do offer free local delivery service ONLY to the  following W.Australia suburbs: Ellenbrook 6069,  Aveley 6069, The Vines 6069, Henley Brook 6055, Brabham 6055 and Upper Swan 6069.
